5 major projects Done by Kano Governor for Education sector in the state


 Some of the major actions by the governor of Kano state, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, to promote education in the state after he was sworn in

 SEND STUDENTS ABROAD

 The governor will send 1001 students to the country and will take responsibility for their studies in foreign universities to get a second degree on Friday, the first part of the students will be sent

 SHARE LEARNING MATERIALS

  The Kano government also distributed school supplies, books, uniforms, shoes and modern equipment to the children in the state government schools which was distributed on Monday.

 PAYING NECO STUDENTS

 The government of Abba Kabir Yusuf has paid 57,000 students the cost of the NECO secondary school examination which has already come out.

 20k EVERY MONTH FOR FEMALE STUDENTS

  The governor said that in the future the Kano government will start paying N20, 000 to 40, 000 poor girls so that they can complete their education.  Abba Gida Gida said they will build schools to reduce the number of children who do not study.  This happened after marrying about 2000 people. Finally,

 RECRUITING BESDA TEACHERS

 450 million Naira has been allocated to hire BESDA officers.  The work will be taken after the employees are evaluated.
