The Court of Appeal sitting in Kaduna affirm, Mukhutar Umar Yarima of NNPP party as the elected member of Tarauni Local Government Federal representative.
The 5-judge court made the decision today Saturday 7 October 2023.
The Appeal Court upheld the decision of the Tribunal Court that give victory to the APC candidate.
If you people couldn't not forgotten, the Tribunal Court sitting in Kano ruling again the NNPP Prince Muhkuta on his accusation of the crime of benefiting from the fake Primary document where he gave victory to the APC candidate Hafiz Kawu Nasara.
However, Mukhutar Umar of NNPP refused to accept the decision of the court and appealed which on Saturday the court of appeal sitting in Kano uphold his victory to him.
